Thank you for supporting handmade goods! We take great pride in creating unique, high-quality items crafted with care. Because each piece is made individually, slight variations in color, size, or finish are normal and part of the charm of handmade products.

However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

Returns

  • We gladly accept returns within 14 days of delivery.

  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unworn and unused.

  • Custom or personalized orders are non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or defective.

  • Please note: Minor differences and imperfections are to be expected in handmade goods and are not considered defects.

Quality Assurance

To ensure the integrity of the products you receive, photographs are taken of all items before they are packaged and shipped. This allows us to maintain high quality standards and properly evaluate any claims regarding damage or defects.

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Please contact us at LHeaton81@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and reason for return.

  2. We will respond with return instructions.

  3. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email.

  • If your return is approved, your refund will be processed back to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Exchanges

  • Due to the unique nature of handmade products, we do not offer direct exchanges.

  • If you would like a different item, you may return your original purchase (if eligible) and place a new order.

Damages and Issues
